Majestic Low Odor Solvent Based Impregnating Sealer is a proprietary impregnating sealer for all natural stone, grout, concrete and any other porous mineral or man made material. It is highly effective in protecting stone surfaces from water and oil born stains. This sealer provides an invisible barrier resistant to stains, while allowing the surface to properly breathe.

Important Note: Wait for at least 72 hours before sealing a new floor or wall installation. Other installations, such as slab countertops can be sealed immediately after installation.
Directions: Test on inconspicuous area or a spare tile for desired results. The surface must be free of any coating, dust, soiling, etc. Start with an area approximately 3 to 4 square feet. Apply sealer with a soft white terry cloth. Apply sealer to cloth and spread evenly over the surface. DO NOT ALLOW TO PUDDLE OR SET ON SURFACE. Allow to penetrate for 45 minutes to 1 hour. To assure surface has been adequately sealed place a few drops of water on it. If the water beads, the surface is adequately sealed. If absorption occurs apply an additional application of sealer. Let cure for at least 3 to 4 hours prior to use. Impregnating Sealer may require more than one application on very porous granite, marble, travertine, limestone, slate, and onyx surfaces.
